Gitano is the professional wood and gas oven with a high production capacity. The sturdy yet lightweight construction allows for a wide versatility of use, as it can be easily moved with a common pallet truck.

Costruito a mano seguendo metodi tradizionali, strutturato per essere leggero e facile da spostar. Viene realizzato in mattoni refrattari e cemento alluminoso miscelato con sabbia lavica. La cupola è isolata con lana di roccia ad alta densità, tenuta insieme da una rete metallica e ricoperta con cemento alleggerito. Le pareti sono rivestite in metallo. Built by hand using traditional methods, it is designed to be light and easy to move. It is made of refractory bricks and aluminous cement mixed with lava sand. The dome is insulated with high-density rock wool, held together by wire mesh and covered with lightened cement. The walls are lined with metal.
